Aaryavarta Technologies Private Limited is referred to herein as “DurgDarshan”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

Any person who visits our website, purchases or uses a DurgDarshan VR device, accesses the preloaded fort experiences, creates an account, requests a demo, contacts customer support or otherwise uses any part of the Services is referred to as a “User”, “Customer”, “you” or “your” and shall be subject to this Privacy Policy.

DurgDarshan respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, how long it may be retained and the choices available to you. Where consent is required by applicable law, we will request it through an appropriate notice or consent mechanism. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not submit your information or use features that require personal data.

Information from Third Parties: We may receive information from payment gateways, logistics providers, marketplaces, app stores, authorised dealers, service centres, business partners and other providers involved in processing your order or delivering the Services. For example, a marketplace may provide your name, contact details, order number, delivery information and payment confirmation in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

If you purchase a device for another person, institution, school, museum, tourism centre or organisation, you must ensure that you are authorised to provide the recipient’s name, contact information and delivery details. Please avoid providing personal information about another person unless it is necessary and you have their permission.

All information collected is used only as reasonably necessary for the Services requested by you, including processing purchases, delivering VR devices, activating software, providing preloaded 360-degree fort content, issuing invoices, responding to enquiries, managing warranties or repairs, delivering updates and improving the user experience.
